Custom made Power bank
Client: Segea Food Distributors (Global Meat Protein Supplier)
Background
Segea Food Distributors requested a custom-made power bank with specific dimensions and battery capacity that featured their logo for an upcoming marketing campaign.
Challenge
The client sent us an image of shipping containers as inspiration. There were no similar products on the market, so we had to design the model from scratch. Additionally, Segea requested paper-based packaging, and both products had to be aligned with their branding guidelines.
Solution
After reviewing several ideas, we worked with Segea to develop a power bank design inspired by the shipping container. Through multiple 3D design revisions, we arrived at a design that matched their vision.
Process
3D Design Revisions: Multiple 3D designs were created and shared with Segea, incorporating their feedback to finalize a design they were satisfied with.

Physical Prototyping: We manufactured physical samples of the power bank and box and sent the client photos for final approval. To ensure color accuracy, we included Pantone references in the images.

Results
We shipped the order on time, and the product met the client's design, functionality, and brand alignment specifications and contributed to the campaign's success.
Conclusion
In successfully creating a custom product, it is essential to understand the brief, perform collaborative design iterations, make quality checks, pay attention to details, and plan and execute to meet the delivery date. While custom orders can present challenges, they often yield the most rewarding outcomes.
