PAYMENTS:

We accept Euros using the following payment methods:

Online Payment

Pay Online through our Website. You will be directed to a Paypal page where you can use your Bank's Card to fulfill the payment.

Bank Cheque

Bank Transfer

Paypal

You can pay via Paypal by checking-out on our Website.

DELIVERY TIME:

The Delivery time depends on the item ordered.

For Rush orders please email us and we will reply back to you immediately to let you know if we can deliver before your event.

DELIVERY RATES:

The delivery fee is added upon checkout. In some cases we might contact you (after placing your order) if the delivery cost is higher than the cost written during your checkout. If you do not agree with the new Delivery cost then we will immediately refund the money paid.

TAXES:

International orders

Our prices DO NOT include local taxes. Local taxes are payable by the customer upon receiving the goods. Please note that you are most likely to pay duty taxes upon receiving your products.

European orders

Customers who place orders for delivery within Europe will not have to pay any import/duty taxes. 

Logo placement and Visual Mockups:

Upon placing your order we will email you back with a Digital Mockup showing how we will position your Logo on the product. We will continue with the production only after you approve our Mockup.

CANCELLATIONS:

Please note that all orders will not start production until you approve the Digital Mockup that we will send to your email address. Therefore, if you have not approved the Digital Mockup yet you should be able to cancel and receive full refund of your payment (minus any bank fees). However, if you already approved our Mockup and the production has started then we will not be able to cancel your order. 

LOST PARCELS:

If your parcel has never arrived then please Contact Us with details of your order and we will place a claim to investigate the lost parcel(s).

RETURNS:

Unfortunately we do not accept any returns.

UNAVAILABLE / DISCONTINUED PRODUCTS:

If for any reasons we cannot provide the products you ordered then we will immediately send you an email offering you a full refund or substitute products up to the price that was paid.

MALFUNCTIONING PRODUCTS:

If the items you receive malfunction (i.e. USB drives) then you need to notify us within 1 week of receiving the items. In such case please send us the malfunctioning items and we will refund the money that is equivalent to the quantity of the malfunctioning items. Please note that if any extra/complimentary items are sent to you together with your order then those are automatically considered as replacements of the malfunctioning items.

PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE:

Our prices might change from time to time without any prior notice.

COMPLAINTS:

If you wish to make a complaint please use our 'Contact Us' section.

DATA PROTECTION:

We will never pass or sell your personal information to any third parties. Upon a succesful purchase, your information will be kept temporarily on our systems for the sake of dealing with any potential returns. From time to time we collect generic statistical data for marketing purposes such as how many people visit our site, how often etc...

CREDIT CARD & SECURITY:

All of our transactions are made SECURELY through Paypal. Paypal owns SSL certificate for secure transactions. We never store any credit card information on our Website.

RESTRICTIONS OF SALE:

As part of our Business Ethics, keepitPromo does not sell/distribute any of its products directly to any Military Organizations. This restriction applies to all Military Organizations regardless of the country of origin of the organization.
